Edward D. Campbell
Statue of Liberty

Edward D. Campbell has been in private practice since 1966, and in practice for himself since 1970. He graduated from the University of Missouri, BA in 1959 and acquired his JD from the same institution (at Columbia, Missouri) in 1963. He passed the Missouri Bar in 1963 and the Washington State bar in 1965. He is a current abitrator for the Superior Court and past arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. While he is a past member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, because of his heavy schedule, he limits his membership today to the Washington State Bar Association. He has submitted matters to all levels of state and federal courts and tried cases before judges, juries and administrative tribunals.

His current practice involves considerable work in the areas of discrimination law. In the past he represented a number of small to medium size contractors and fabricators. His long interest in health, background in insurance adjusting and examining (for 5 years before entering private practice) has given him considerable personal injury experience through the years.
